Trying to “snap back” after pregnancy is hard, and many of us stress ourselves out trying to get back to our pre-baby weight. This go around I wasn’t even concerned and really wanted to keep some of the weight, and then hit the gym to tone up. The 6 weeks time frame has been hard to hold off on working out because I have a trip planned for late June. Then Ahmad told me I looked just fine the way I am. So yo’ girl went out and bought a crop top! I’m over trying to hide the stomach, but I realized that high waisted pants are the trick. These pants are perfect because it holds in the tummy, and is a great camouflage to what is actually underneath. They come in several colors, and have been on repeat lately. If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen me in nothing but high waisted jeans and pants because believe me they work. So if you are in your postpartum bounce back phase like me, ditch the skinny jeans and opt out for either a nice pair of boyfriend jeans, mom jeans, or a high waisted pant. You can get the spring and summer set looks that you have been seeing everywhere and no one will ever know you just popped out a baby.
