Comfy Maternity Look

View Post jump arrow down

Being comfortable during pregnancy is always the number one agenda, but at the same time why sacrifice comfort for style? I believe in having both during pregnancy, and being able to balance the two. I’m always looking for comfortable dresses to wear with my bump, but sometimes a girl wants to wear pants. Its so much easier to lift the kids and not expose yourself to the world when you are wearing pants. When I found this look at Zara I was so excited because it has an elastic waist band with drawstring. The cotton fabric was also a winner, and when I tried it on it felt like I was wearing a sweat suit, no lie. Then you add a pop of color and style to it, and I think you are getting the picture now of why I bought this look.

The check print is so on trend right now, and I don’t see it going anywhere anytime soon. This look is no longer on Zara website, but they do have it in stores. There is also a skirt option to this look, as well as other stripe colors.

This look will be an easy transition post pregnancy, so its all about getting your money work with shopping for maternity looks. I am not a fan of splurging and spending tons of money on maternity clothes because trying to sell them is so hard. It is easier to sell non maternity wear in the future in a larger size than you normally wear, than trying to sell some maternity pants! Believe me, don’t waste your money. Now don’t get me wrong I do have a few maternity dresses which once again I can transition into post pregnancy. Swing dresses are the best to wear after pregnancy because no one knows that it was a maternity dress. They fit flowy regardless, so you can get away with it easily.

Alright guys, that’s all I have for you today. I just wanted to share this look as many of you were asking about it on Instagram, and once again sorry I couldn’t find the links for it. I am tagging some of my favorite check print outfits below… So shop away!!!
