Black on Black Maternity Style

The weather has been all over the place here in Houston. One day its 80 degrees, and two days later I’m pulling out my coat and trying to search my drawer for my tights to put on with my dress. I wanted to come on the blog and share this look as many of you were asking about this outfit on Instagram.

This stripped sweater dress is an oldie from Zara’s winter collection, and I love it because it has the faux fur at the bottom adding texture. The dress is so comfy, but even though this dress is sold out you can definitely get this same look. I wanted to mix patterns and textures with this look, but keep it all black. Try mixing stripes with polka dots, or fur and leather. I did all of the above, and even added suede, leather, and metal with my boots!

Have fun with your outfits, even when you are sticking to one color. The textures and patterns will add dimension and make your all black outfit stand out!
