For my birthday I wanted to hang out with my friends and just have a fun time getting mani/pedis. Before my friends headed to Thailand (yes, I’m jealous) we went to the new nail salon Polish Parker & Roe in the Heights area! Polish Parker & Roe chic decor will draw you in as soon as you walk in the door. The gold accents, and the oversized chairs are so luxurious.
We were immediately welcomed in and they had reserved the Private Studio for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. They literally have a million colors for you to choose from, and I went with light nude for FALL. I was so busy having fun that I forgot to get the exact name, but I plan on going back next week so I will share the color. (The color photographed was a little to light so I ended up changing last minute).
Erica brought cupcakes, and the nail salon had bottles of champagne for us to sip while we were pampered by some of the best nail techs in Houston.
The private studio is in the back of the salon which makes you feel very VIP. As mentioned before, I just can’t get over the decor at Polish. The honeycomb wallpaper had to be my favorite design element. Most salons you are use to the reclined massage chairs, but here its all about chic style. The throw pillows were fluffed, and the white ceramic bowls kept the water hot while we got our pedicures.
The staff was amazing, and customer service was everything! It always feel good for people to call you by name during your whole visit. If you are in the Houston area then you need to hurry and call and make your appointment. Even though I live on the complete opposite side of town, I will figure out how to make Polish Parker & Roe one of my go to spots for my nails. As my cousin Jaime said, “This place is FANCY!”. #polishtx
Special thanks to Polish Parker & Roe for hosting for my birthday. All opinions are those of Shay Moné.
