Save VS Splurge : Cutout Dress Edition

I love a good save versus splurge moment, and in my opinion both of these dresses are must haves. Let’s talk about the “save” option first. I love the ruching underneath the cutout, and this option has a lot more room and give. The “save” dress also is more on the sheer side compared to the “splurge” dress. The “splurge” is so stunning, lined, fits like a glove, and has a sheen to it which makes it more elegant in my opinion. Both great options, so I really can’t pick, so I will let you guys decide.
