Outfit Repeat | Pocket Skirt

Hubby and I recently went on a weekend getaway, and packing to go somewhere was a little challenging post baby. I’m the kind of person that tries on all of my outfits prior to throwing it in the suitcase. After several things still not fitting the way I wanted, I decided to pull out some older pieces and create new outfits.

I purchased this skirt last year at Loft, and it has made its debut on the blog once before. Since I’m mentally ready for Fall (even though the weather is not ready) I pulled out my booties! Skirts are the perfect garment to pair with your booties that you are dying to wear in this hot weather. It makes it seem like its okay because you aren’t wearing a jacket or pants, right?

Since the deep hue of my skirt and the black booties are screaming FALL, I threw on a black OTS top to show a little skin! I’m kind of glad the Texas weather will allow me to wear my off the shoulder tops during Fall because as you know I have a million of them! I’m going to be sad when I have to  cover up these shoulders of mine!
