The powder room in your home is one the smallest and challenging spaces to decorate. The space is so tiny and often time only contains a sink, mirror, toilet, and lighting. I have collected a few of my favorite powder room ideas from Pinterest that will have your guest and family talking about your powder room for days!

Adding tile on the walls can be an easy and cheap project! Adding a tile element as the focal wall will last you forever. The one shown above is simple, and white subway tiles (longer version). They also add texture to the walls, and makes it easy for you to change your decor in the future if needed.

The vanity in this particular room is unique. I actually saw some similar at a local hardware store. You can buy it as is, and paint the cabinets if you want. Cheap and easy solution to upgrading your powder room.

Adding sconces to the walls and a nice mirror can take you a long way. Lighting always add drama to any room! Ditch the typical lights that are above the mirror, and add sconces on the side of the mirror to bring the hotel element to the space. I also love the vanity in this powder room. Taking an old night stand are dresser that will fit in your space can be a great solution. Sand it down, stain it, and add new hardware! Of course you will have to add the sink as well!

I love the wallpaper in this powder room! Black and White are two of my favorite colors. A powder room is one place in your home you can get away with dizzy wallpaper. The space is small enough where its not so overwhelming. If you aren’t a fan, you can also just add the wallpaper to the main wall with the vanity and sink. Another great element in this bathroom is the whicker basket. Roll up a few towels for your guest to create a spa like feel.

What does your powder rooms look like? Mines is still a work in progress as I need to find the right wallpaper or maybe a tile feature on the wall. I’m defiantly going to incorporate a new vanity to make the space more unique. Share with me your bathroom pictures, I want to see how creative you all are!!
