Trying to get back in shape has been a major challenge since having Aubri. I am to busy running around after Ashton, changing diapers, and some kind of way trying to remind myself to eat between everything else I’m doing. I find myself having “snaccidents” all the time, and consuming every unhealthy snack you can think of as I am running up and down the stairs and on mom duty. My guilty pleasure is late night snacking once the kids are off to bed. My husband just looks at me and shakes his head. I think I have always been a late night snacker though, what about you guys?
A recently made the conscious decision to toss out all of the unhealthy snacks out my pantry, ditch the candy jar, and incorporated healthy snacks into my day. I recently tried the new Fiber One Cheesecake Bar which I purchased from Walmart.
What I love about Fiber One is that they share tons of recipes on their website, and what to eat with your snack bars. I am an ice cream girl, but after reading there site I realized I can ditch the ice cream for frozen vanilla yogurt. So now that I have been working from home I have planned out my snacks and even incorporate fruits with my snack sessions.
My Healthy Snack:
1 Fiber One™ 150 calorie strawberry cheesecake bar
¼ cup sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt
When I have meetings I fix up a nice plate with a Fiber One Cheesecake Bar, a little frozen yogurt, and share my new healthy snack of choice. Other days I keep my snack bars in my desk drawer so I have easy access to them.
Crazy thing is now I have to make another trip to Walmart so that I can buy more because they are all gone. My #FiberOneFlavor is the cheesecake bars, and the good thing is I know that I am indulging in a healthy snack!
