Mommy On the Go: Favorite Apps

View Post jump arrow down

For this series of Mommy on the Go, I wanted to share with you all my top go to APPS. What has the world come to when you depend on apps on your phone? I am the type of girl that has several to do list, and so many things going on. My apps are what keep me sane sometime and most importantly, organized! My sister always laugh at me because I have like 45 apps open on my phone and I never close them out; hence why my phone is always dead. Don’t worry though, I am only sharing my top 5 apps that will help any mommy on the go!

Todoist: Todo List for Organizing work and Errands

This app is a lifesaver! It helps you organize and prioritize all of your task. You can also collaborate with anyone in this app, as well as label and color code your lists. Very easy to manage your every day activity with this app!

Mint

Mint shows you all of your accounts in one spot. From your checking, savings, loans, and investments you can manage your money and not be stressed out. This app helps you create monthly budgets and its all based on your current expenses.

Google Drive

Google Drive is how I view and save most of my files and documents on my phone. You can save them on your computer, and then pull them up on the app. I love this app because you can share files, and edit them as well. I use Google drive for work and my blog.  The drive lets you also create different folders so that all of your files are organized and easy to manage. I recommend downloading not only this one, but Google Sheets and Google docs as well.

Cartwheel

Ok Target lovers, if you don’t have this app then you are for sure missing out. I have saved so much money using this Target app. It alerts you when there are sales, and you earn points as well. I like to shop with app open at Target because you can scan items to see if they are on sale while you shop. You can also add coupons to your cart, and when you check out the cashier will just scan your check out barcode and everything automatically uploads. When you reach 5000 points (which isn’t hard to do when you shop at Target), you get to pick a reward and sometimes the rewards are FREE items! Seriously, don’t miss out on all the Target perks if you are an avid Target shopper!

Instacart

You can create your grocery list, place your order, and schedule for delivery pick up! How amazing is that!!! No need to pack all the kids in the car to go grocery shopping, when you can use Instacart and have it done all by the click of an app. Times sure are changing with all this technology at our fingertips. We can become so lazy with things like this, but when you have no time this is the best route to go. I wouldn’t say use it every time you need to go grocery shopping though. I like to pick out my own fruits and vegetables, and sometimes having someone else pick them for you may not be the best idea.

Well that’s all for now! I will see you guys next Wednesday for the next series of Mommy on the Go!
