Chambray Suit

I am a major fan of any type of suit, and when I saw this chambray blazer with matching shorts I had to get it. The blazer can be paired with so much more than just these shorts, and this is why I went ahead and splurged on the blazer. The cotton linen makes it light enough to wear in warmer weather, and easy to move around in.

I am 7 months pregnant now, and was a little nervous about buying the shorts because they didn’t have an elastic or spandex band. After trying on about 3 different sizes, I finally found a size that fit perfectly for the look. I wanted to be able to tuck in my blouse so that the button detail could show on the sides.

My shoes are from Steve Madden, and was a recent purchase that I sent my sister to go get for me at the Steve Madden event that they had the other day. They come in several colors, and they do run small. I suggest going up half a size, because the fringe toe is pretty narrow.

This was the perfect spring look for my meeting, and an easy on the go look. After my meeting, I took off my heels and paired it with pointed toe flats. This is a very versatile look, and can be worn with a summer tee, and converse as well.
